Cut up boneless chicken in bite-sized pieces
Beat two eggs in bowl
In another bowl, add almond flour plus spices
You can do Italian with Italian seasoning and garlic
What ever seasonings you like. I use sea salt, pepper, garlic pepper and lemon pepper
Heat oil in a pan
Dip pieces of chicken in the egg then in the seasoned flour
Fry until nice and brown.
Or bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees Or if your oven is hotter, until nice and brown and crispy
Can use BBQ sauce or honey for dipping.
